Visions of Home Gala
On Saturday, January 14th, the reception was held for the first exhibits of the year: A Birder's Journey by Bodhi Drope - digital photography, in the Main Gallery, and in the Eve Smart Room, a collection of watercolour paintings by Vivian Chamberlin, Another Time & Place. Last Saturday, the Gallery organized a Memorial Service for Eve Smart. It was an affectionateFarewell to Eve from her many friends in the writing, music and arts community, with music and reminiscences, and, in the adjacent St. Bart's Hall, a display of her paintings and memorabillia.

The Sunshine Coast Botanical GardenCommittee is inviting local artists to decorate a birdhouse for their upcoming Gala/Auction/Dinner on January the 28th. (The wooden houses are provided by the Committee.)
